The pipe relining process

Step One – Locate the Problem

When we arrive at your home or business we will firstly use our CCTV drain camera to determine where the problem lies within your pipes. Once we locate the problem we use our high pressure water jetter to clear any debris or roots. We then provide you with an accurate quote for relining your pipes and schedule the job.

Step Two – Insert the textile liner

Our plumbers will then insert the specialist Brawoliner textile liner into the damaged pipe/s using water or air pressure. During this process, the resin-coated side of the  textile liner is pressed against the pipe wall. The pressure inside the liner is then maintained until the resin has cured to the pipe. This creates a perfect new watertight pipe within the old broken pipe, which has a lifespan of 50 years.

Step Three – Inspect the new pipe with a CCTV camera

After the pipe has been relined, we re-insert our CCTV camera inside the pipeline and inspect our work to make sure that it has repaired all of the broken section.. We will provide you a video recording of this camera inspection on a USB for you to keep for your records. 4 Elements Plumbing will then provide a 25-year warranty.
